Speaking to The , two cast members have shared their shock over the news after finding out who it was. They hinted there were some very "exciting" scenes ahead but they had been sworn to secrecy over the twist.

Speaking to The Mirror and asked if they were shocked by the twist, Daisy confessed she was. She admitted: "We only found out very recently and I was like erm, what?"
She went on: "When we found out I was like, 'Oh my, really? That's happening?" Katie also teased the twist and hinted it could be linked to the Dingles. As we asked whether it was linked to the family, amid the rumours of a Dingle comeback, Katie remained coy but promised epic scenes.
She warned she could be in big trouble if she said too much, heavily hinting it was linked to the family or even the Sugdens. She told us: "It's exciting, exciting stuff and that's all I am gonna say because I don't wanna get in trouble! But keep watching."
It follows Tina's return to the Dingle family for Zak Dingle's funeral on Thursday. The character is now played by Samantha Power, with Tina returning to the village after 28 years.
She was soon revealed to be up to no good, with her trying to get a valuation on the house. Not only that but it was revealed she had a tag on and that she'd likely been to prison, with officers soon coming to take her away.
