Rashmika Mandanna fans are happy with this photo. But one person is not

Send Push
Rashmika Mandanna, one of India's most adored actresses, turned 29 today and took to Instagram to share sun-soaked photos from her trip to Salalah, Oman. While fans couldn’t stop gushing over her radiant snaps, there was one person who wasn’t exactly thrilled — her fitness trainer.

In the photos, Rashmika is seen enjoying a serene moment at a table loaded with delicious food, dressed in a chic sleeveless black tank top paired with denim jeans and a wide-brimmed hat. Flashing her trademark smile and signature heart-fingers gesture, the actress looks every bit the happy traveler soaking in Salalah’s beauty.

But not everyone is pleased with her indulgence. In the caption, Rashmika cheekily wrote, “Good food + full almost exploding happy tummy = angry Junaid Shaikh and Sagar (my trainers). I read this somewhere. Salalah - land of sun, sand and smiles. How cute it sounds!”

Why are her trainers angry?
During her trip, the 'Animal' actress has been living by the formula that good food plus a happy tummy equals angry trainers. The poolside photo showed the actress having a gala time and enjoying a hearty meal. Clearly, the actress is living in the moment — and her trainers are left shaking their heads as she temporarily ditches strict meal plans.

Rashmika Mandanna is set to appear alongside Salman Khan in the much-anticipated action drama Sikandar. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film features a star-studded cast including Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. The project also marks the return of the hit Salman-Sajid duo, who last collaborated on the 2014 blockbuster Kick. Sikandar is scheduled for a grand Eid release on March 31.

Apart from that, Rashmika is also gearing up for Thama, where she stars opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. Helmed by Aditya Sarpotdar, known for his work in Munjya, the film promises an intriguing blend of mythology and horror. The story follows a determined historian who uncovers dark secrets hidden in ancient scriptures—secrets that awaken age-old vampire legends and trigger a chilling fight to save the town from impending doom.

With a mix of high-octane action and supernatural thrillers in her pipeline, Rashmika's upcoming projects are as diverse as they are exciting.
