Parenting, and scolding children for small things every day, affects their development somewhere. That is why it is very important to increase confidence in children and build a strong bond with them, but many times parents unknowingly say such things to their children, which weaken the confidence of children or can harm our bonding with them. Here are 5 such things that parents should not say even by mistake. So let's know those things.

1. "You are not able to do anything."
We often say this to the child. But this thing hurts the self-esteem of children and it becomes difficult for them to trust themselves. Instead, one should say, "Keep trying, I am sure you will learn."
2. "Look, that child is so good, why are you not like that?"
We also often say this to our children. By comparing with others like this, the child starts feeling inferior and jealous or angry. Instead, say, “I am proud of your efforts, everyone is different and you too have your qualities.”
3. “You always do wrong.”
Such words can make the child believe that he can never do anything right.
Instead, say, “This time I made a mistake, it doesn’t matter, next time I will do better.”
4. “Be quiet. Don’t talk too much.”
It is also not right to say this to children, because of this the child starts fearing to say his point and open communication keeps on decreasing.
Say, “Be quiet for a while now, we will talk comfortably later, I want to listen to you.”

5. “You don’t respect mom and dad.”
Don’t say this. This makes the child feel guilty and he can also distance himself from his parents. Instead, say, "We really like it when you act sensibly. Let's work through this together."
