Bernardo Silva has revealed who he believes is the hardest player in a fight – snubbing scrapping capabilities.

In an interview with Pro:Direct Soccer alongside Twitch star and supporter Angry Ginge, Silva was asked a series of quickfire questions on his team-mates – naming the most skilful, as the fastest and as the best dressed. However, as the questions got stranger, Silva was posed with 'who is the hardest in a fight?'

To which, Silva said: "For me, it's a mix of like strength and craziness as well, so I'm going here," flipping his board round to reveal Brazilian shot-stopper name. Angry Ginge, meanwhile, wrote down the name of Haaland, explaining: "He is massive."

Nodding, Silva added: "Yeah, but Ederson is crazy and strong as well. I wouldn't want to get in a fight with Ederson to be honest." Elsewhere in the interview, Silva exposed as being the team-mate who spends the longest in the shower.

The Birmingham-born star was complemented for having the best music taste and being the funniest in the squad by his Portuguese colleague. However, he also said that he spends a lot of time concentrating on his appearance. Revealing Grealish as his pick, Silva explained: "Jack spends a lot of time – a LOT of time – taking care of himself."

Silva also gave football fans a little look into the life of being a City player under , revealing that the squad train in the morning for an hour and a half and that their manager is very generous dishing out days off. He explained: "If we have training in the morning, I leave the training ground at around 1pm, 1.30pm."

When asked when the squad start training, Silva responded: "We start training at 11am most of the time. We finish at 12.30pm I imagine. At 1.30pm I'm out." Angry Ginge continued: "So you start at 11am, finish at 1.30pm and then is the rest of the day yours or have you still got other stuff to do?" Silva added: "It depends. But most of the time, we only have one training session per day."

When asked how many days off he gets, Silva responded: "Pep is very generous to us, but with the schedule nowadays it is not easy. So I would say once per week we get a day off. It's not much, but we take it."

While training for an hour and a half each day may not seem like much, it appears to be paying dividends for City – having lifted six titles, two FA Cups and a UEFA under Guardiola.

They currently sit second in the Premier League standings after eight games in the 2024/25 campaign, with six wins and two draws to their name – trailing league leaders by a mere point.
