It was all fun and games again with Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond on Friday's This Morning, although things took a turn when the former X Factor host was left yelling in pain.
With the Friday feeling in full force, Dermot and Alison began dancing to Chesney Hawkes' The One and Only before Dermot was seen bending over in pain – with Alison left looking concerned. "OW! Oh man!" he screamed.
"Did I step on your foot?" Alison asked as Dermot screamed: "YES!"
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry," the former Big Brother star laughed, before Dermot told her to show him her heels.

"I've put on a bit of timber this summer. I've been eating a few patties in Jamaica. Bit of rice and peas – I'm so sorry. You alright love? I do apologise," she later laughed.
"That was unforgivable. Ooh. That heel. Urgh, that is a sharp wedge," he replied before welcoming viewers back after the break.
Alison and Dermot began their duties as regular Friday presenters in 2021, and their chemistry has been a hit with daytime audiences ever since.
Speaking about her duties when it was announced, Alison said: “I never dreamt that when I first joined This Morning - initially for a few months - that I would still be there 19 years later.
"I genuinely care about the show and the viewers who watch, so it’s a huge privilege and honour to be hosting a show I adore so much. I’m just really excited to be doing even more of what I love alongside the lovely Dermot.”
Earlier this summer, Alison was replaced by first time host, and former Love Island star Olivia Attwood, as she took a break for summer.
It wasn't the star's first major role on daytime, having joined the Loose Women presenters on the panel as a regular in August 2023.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter upon her debut, with many saying she was a 'great addition' to the line-up. One impressed fan penned: "Love to see Olivia is presenting on #thismorning great addition!" as a second agreed: "Loving Olivia!"
"Good to see you in the show. You are doing great," another tweeted about the former Love Island star.
Others were left surprised with their feelings towards the star presenting, as one penned: "Don't shoot me down but I actually like Olivia presenting!"
