In a deeply shocking incident from Pakistan, popular actress and model Humaira Asghar was found dead in her Karachi apartment. Her body was discovered in a highly decomposed state, reportedly two weeks after her death, raising disturbing questions about the circumstances surrounding her passing.
The tragic news was confirmed by DIG Syed Asad Raza, who informed Pakistani media that Humaira’s body was recovered from her flat located in Ittehad Commercial area of Karachi. Due to the severe level of decomposition, identifying her remains was initially challenging. The police had to break the lock of the apartment to gain access after receiving a tip-off.
According to reports, Humaira, believed to be between 30 and 35 years old, had been living alone in the same flat for about seven years. The condition of her body has left neighbors, fans, and officials stunned. She had gained recognition in Pakistan’s entertainment industry through her appearance in the reality show Tamasha Ghar.
A forensic team has been deployed to collect evidence from the scene, and the police are waiting for the post-mortem report to determine the exact cause of death. Though initial findings suggest it may have been a natural death, officials are not ruling out other possibilities, including accident or foul play.
The autopsy was conducted at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, where Dr. Summaiya confirmed that the body was in an advanced stage of decay, making it difficult to pinpoint the cause of death without further investigation.
Fans and fellow artists have expressed shock and sorrow over the tragic and lonely end of the actress. As the investigation continues, questions remain about how Humaira Asghar died and why her death went unnoticed for so long.
