India beat England: Team India made a strong comeback in the Oval Test and won by 6 runs. The hero of the Indian team's victory in this match was Mohammad Siraj, who took 9 wickets in the match.
In the Oval Test, Team India defeated England by just 6 runs and ended the series in a 2-2 draw. The hero of Team India's close win at the Oval was fast bowler Mohammed Siraj, who performed brilliantly throughout the series but wreaked havoc on the last day of the match. Siraj took the last wicket in the match and gave Team India this historic victory. Siraj's performance made everyone his fan, but MP Asaduddin Owaisi celebrated the victory by praising this star pacer from Hyderabad in a completely local style.
Team India looked to be in a position of defeat on the fourth day of this Test match. Harry Brook and Joe Root's centuries brought England close to the target of 374 runs. But then Prasidh Krishna and Siraj together made a strong comeback for Team India. Then on the last day, Team India needed 4 wickets, while England needed only 35 runs. But here Siraj's stormy balls forced England to surrender. Siraj took 3 out of the last 4 wickets and led Team India to victory.
Owaisi rejoiced at Siraj's feat
By bowling out Gus Atkinson, Siraj not only led Team India to victory, but also completed his 5 wickets in the innings. This miraculous performance of Siraj made the whole country crazy about him. Even AIMIM MP from Hyderabad Asaduddin Owaisi could not stop himself and praised Siraj in Hyderabadi style. Owaisi posted on his ex account, in which he wrote- "Mohammad Siraj is always a winner. As we say in Hyderabadi- Pura khol diye pasha".
Siraj has the most wickets in the series
Not just the Oval Test, Siraj proved to be Team India's best bowler in the entire series. In this entire series, Siraj took the most 23 wickets in 9 innings. In this, he took 5 wickets in an innings twice. Incidentally, both times when he took 5 wickets each, Team India won. Earlier in the Edgbaston Test too, this pacer had taken 5 wickets in an innings and led Team India to victory.
