did not hold back as she eviscerated Culture Secretary in a fiery debate on .

Nandy appeared on the show to discuss the Employment Rights Bill, which aims to tackle low pay and poor working conditions, but.

Watching the tense debate, body language expert Judi James has analysed the pair's behaviour, commenting on how the Labour minister crumbled under the pressure of the media rounds of the morning.

She told Express.co.uk: "In a classic schoolboy error, Nandy chooses to go down the Kamala Harris route of swerving the direct question and re-directing to stuff she feels safe on.

"But whereas Kamala can style out this type of evasion via some emphatic verbal techniques and some controlling body language rituals, Nandy's body language here is all about self-heckling, suggesting even she is embarrassed by her own attempts to perform a 90 degree swerve in front of one of the best political interviewers in the business."

She added: "Burley maintains a glacier-like gaze while Nandy squirms. Nandy's brows fly up as she tries to explain herself but her verbal stutters and fillers show she is clutching at straws.

"As she sinks beneath her own mutterings even Burley has the grace to glance away as though preferring to check her notes for her next guest."

Burley did not hold back during the interview, as she asked: "What about those who earn a six-figure salary who can't do those things that you've talked about because they are too busy working to potentially support others?"

Nandy replied: "We want to give people the flexibility to care for elderly parents. We've always taken that approach in the Labour party and we think that isn't just good for families and society but also the economy."

Burley hit back: "Yep. But just to clarify, someone who earns a six-figure salary, are they a working person?"

"Well if they go to work then obviously they will be working," responded Nandy before Burley said: "There we go. That's all I needed to hear."
