From Ellen DeGeneres To Orlando Bloom, Celebrities Unite At Katy Perry's Grand Pickleball Event

Pickleball has managed to grab the eyeballs with his unique playing style. With a combination of tennis, badminton and ping-pong, the game has managed to invade every space in the world. Celebrities have been particularly glued to the sport as it also offers players to engage in a healthy way to keep a check on their fitness. Katy Perry became the latest celebrity to associate her name with pickleball. The famous singer recently hosted a pickleball event which featured some of the prominent names from Hollywood. As per reports, Ellen DeGeneres, Orlando Bloom, Charlie Puth, Lauren Sanchez and Rob Lowe participated in the pickleball event. The event was organised by the singer’s Firework Foundation which she founded in 2018 alongside her sister and all the proceeds from the event will go towards the betterment of children in undeserved communities. The 2nd Annual Light Up the Court Pickleball Tournament also witnessed a number of local pickleball enthusiasts. Mike Roberts and Eui Oh were emerged as the champions as they knocked out last year’s champions. The PWR DUPR India Masters is all set to mark its territory with its inaugural edition this month. The pickleball tournament will take place at the Delhi Lawn Tennis Association Stadium from October 24 to 27.
