As Randi, 52, closes this nearly 20-year chapter at Hollytree, the memories with her work family have clearly tugged at her heartstrings.


Four months ago, in June, an ex-event planner at a Texas country club shared a heartfelt retirement announcement: “Rude that you’re leaving, but OK. Happy Retirement, Randi. We will miss you so much. We love you! FAMILY FOREVER!” said a devoted mom of two. Alongside her announcement, she revealed, “After 20 years, it’s time to take this leap of faith.”


Randi’s decision reflects her optimistic embrace of a new life chapter, even as she cherishes the memories of her time there. Clearly, bidding farewell after nearly two decades with her country club colleagues wasn’t easy, as she had previously expressed her emotions about leaving.

Her father, a former school principal and coach, has been hospitalized since September, prompting her to seek comfort in her memories.
