MUMBAI: Shiv Sena Sunday released its second list of 20 candidates, including former Congress netas Milind Deora (Worli) and Sanjay Nirupam (Dindoshi), taking its tally of nominees to 65. Several ex-BJP netas feature on the list. The party has dropped its sitting Palghar MLA Srinivas Wanaga-the only one to be dropped without a family member being accommodated among Sena's 41 MLAs-while a sitting RS MP and two sitting MLCs have been given tickets.

In Mumbai, those on the list include former BJP corporator Murji Patel from Andheri East, former MLA Tukaram Kathe from Chembur, former corporator Suvarna Karanje from Vikhroli and ex-BJP neta Nilesh Rane from Kudal. In place of Wanaga, ex-MP Rajendra Gavit has been given a ticket for Palghar. Sena has repeated its three remaining sitting MLAs in MMR-Vishwanath Bhoir from Kalyan (W), Shantaram More from Bhiwandi Rural and Balaji Kinikar from Ambernath. From Boisar, Sena has named BJP neta Vilas Tare. In Bhiwandi East, Sena fielded ex-BJP neta Santosh Shetty, who joined the party Friday.
