Mumbai: Around 15%-20% of autorickshaws in the suburbs continue to operate without recalibrated meters showing revised fares. Auto union leader Thampy Kurien has petitioned the state transport department , demanding an extension for the recalibration of e-meters in autorickshaws by 15 days.
